I actually don’t think that’s true. This is probably the feeling everyone has because of what is happening on the show right now but Blair did so much for Chuck in the past and she said it herself : “I never thought it would be possible to love someone too much but maybe it is”. Chuck consumed her just like she’s consuming him now. Their love is exactly the same : real love, inconvenient, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other love, if I had to quote my dear Carrie Bradshaw.

I agree that Chuck is really selfless now, trying to do everything he can for the love of his life and I really love it ! I just don’t think we can say that Blair loves him less cause she proved us wrong in the past and since she’s getting married to someone else (someone she didn’t choose, she chose Chuck over Louis!), she can’t allow herself to show too many feelings. Only the fact that she chose Chuck over her fairytale shows how much she loves him imho.

This said, I still don’t like how Blair has been acting since the beginning of season 5 and even though I’ve always been more of a Blair fan, I’m now more of a Chuck fan. But this is completely irrelevant because, most of all, I’m a Chair fan, always have, always will be. Period.
